Meet Our Team

Hi, I’m Garrett! I'm an SLP, lifelong learner, and founder of Ridgeline Speech Therapy Associates. I've spent over 18 years in roles that involve teaching, mentoring, coaching, and supporting people, young and old. For the past 10 years, I’ve focused my career on speech therapy. I love what I do, and I find deep purpose in helping people communicate more freely and confidently.

Outside of work, I’m a family man at heart—my wife and three kids are the center of my world, and they keep me smiling and on my toes. I’m naturally curious and love learning about pretty much anything. Give me a new profession, hobby, or idea, and I’ll probably have a dozen questions about it. When I’m not working or learning, you’ll find me out exploring—hiking, biking, backpacking, diving, playing games, or even just mowing the lawn. If it’s fun, adventurous, or meaningful, I’m all in.

Hi there! I'm Kersten (bonus points to whoever can pronounce that on the first go!) My journey to becoming an SLP took a lot of exploration but it's been the best decision I've ever made! I love all aspects of speech and language! Helping people has always been a priority of mine, having volunteered at multiple non-profits, and would love to help you too!

I'm a St. George native and proud to call southern Utah my home. I'm a big sports fan, animal lover, traveler, Disney nerd, advocate, concert enthusiast. I love helping people communicate and become more confident in themselves, while having fun doing it!
